Privacy Policy - Pagelyze
Pagelyze is a website health check tool operated by PKTechie (Prazin Karki) from Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. This page explains how we handle personal information and website data when you use Pagelyze.
Who operates Pagelyze
Pagelyze is operated by PKTechie (Prazin Karki). If you have questions about this privacy policy or how your information is handled, contact admin@pktechie.com.au.
What information Pagelyze collects
Depending on how you use Pagelyze, we may collect:
- Website URLs that you submit for audits, along with technical information about the audited website (for example performance metrics, SEO and accessibility findings).
- Basic usage and log data such as IP address, browser or user agent, timestamps, pages visited, and error logs.
- Optional contact details you choose to provide (for example name or email address) and any text you submit as part of the audit flow.
- Payment related information if you purchase a paid upgrade (see Payments below). We do not store full card details.
How this information is used
We use the information we collect to:
- Run website audits and generate audit reports for you.
- Improve accuracy, speed and reliability of Pagelyze.
- Provide support if you contact us about your results.
- Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and protect security.
- Process paid upgrades and provide access to paid features or deliverables.
Payments
If you purchase a paid upgrade, payments are processed by Stripe. Pagelyze does not store your full card number, card security code, or complete card details. Stripe may collect and process payment data (such as billing details, transaction identifiers, and fraud signals) in accordance with its own privacy practices.
We may store limited payment metadata needed to run the service and support users, such as whether a purchase succeeded, the product or price selected, a Stripe transaction reference, timestamps, and the email address used for delivery of receipts or access links (if applicable).
Cookies and analytics
Pagelyze may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working, understand usage, and improve reliability. We may use analytics and monitoring tools to measure traffic, page visits, and diagnose technical issues.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. If we use a cookie banner or consent tool, you can also manage preferences there.
When information may be shared
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help operate Pagelyze (for example hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, payment processing, and email delivery).
- Professional advisers (for example accountants or lawyers) where required for legitimate business purposes.
- Authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or third parties for marketing.
Overseas processing and disclosure
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where practicable, this may include countries such as the United States and Ireland or other locations where our providers operate data centres or support functions.
We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and to protect information when it is handled overseas, consistent with the nature of the service.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, but no system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate Pagelyze, troubleshoot issues, improve the service, meet record keeping needs, or comply with legal obligations.
Access, correction and deletion
You can contact admin@pktechie.com.au to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where reasonable. We will respond as soon as practicable.
If access to paid content is delivered by email link, please keep links secure. If you lose access, contact us and we will try to help verify and restore access where reasonable.
Your choices
You can choose not to use Pagelyze or limit what you submit. If we send service emails (for example receipts or access links), those are transactional. If we send optional updates, you can opt out by using any unsubscribe mechanism we provide or by contacting admin@pktechie.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact admin@pktechie.com.au. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. If we make significant changes, we will try to notify users where practical.
Effective date: 19 February 2026
