By accessing or using Pagelyze, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies linked from them (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use Pagelyze.

About Pagelyze

Pagelyze is a website health check tool provided by PKTechie (Prazin Karki), based in Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. Pagelyze helps small businesses analyse website speed, SEO basics and accessibility to identify areas for improvement.

Pagelyze may offer both free features and optional paid upgrades (for example, access to expanded fix recommendations or downloadable materials). Any paid options will be clearly displayed before you purchase.

General information only

Pagelyze reports and information are general information only. They are not financial, legal, security or professional advice. You should not rely solely on Pagelyze to make important business, financial or technical decisions. Where needed, obtain your own advice from qualified advisers.

Acceptable use

When using Pagelyze, you must:

  • Only submit websites that you own, operate, or have permission to test.
  • Not misuse Pagelyze, including by attacking the service, attempting to bypass security measures, scraping or harvesting data in bulk, sending malware or harmful code, or using the service in a way that disrupts or harms others.
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms that apply to the sites and services you use.

We may apply rate limits, block traffic, or restrict access where we reasonably believe usage is abusive, unlawful, or harmful.

Paid upgrades

If you purchase a paid upgrade, pricing will be shown at checkout in AUD. Where applicable, GST will be handled as shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pagelyze does not store your full card details. Stripe may process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

After payment, access to paid features may be provided immediately in the app and or via an email link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping access links secure.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.

If a paid feature or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. For change of mind requests, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, particularly where digital content has already been delivered or access has already been provided.

To request help with a purchase, contact admin@pktechie.com.au with the email used at checkout and any relevant receipt or transaction details.

No guarantees

While we take reasonable care to keep Pagelyze available and accurate, the tool is provided "as is" and "as available". Results may not be perfect or complete, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. You remain responsible for your website, its security, and compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The Pagelyze code, design, logo and content are owned by PKTechie or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use Pagelyze for your own business or personal purposes in accordance with these terms.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Pagelyze (including the content or presentation of reports), except to the extent permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-party services and links

Pagelyze may rely on or link to third-party tools, services or websites (for example Google PageSpeed Insights and Stripe). We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, their content, availability, or how they handle your information. Use them at your own risk.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

To the extent permitted by law and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, PKTechie is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential or special loss) arising from your use of Pagelyze.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupplying the services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue Pagelyze at any time, or restrict access where we reasonably believe the tool is being misused, or to protect security and reliability. We may try to give notice where practical, but we are not required to do so.

If you purchase a paid upgrade and we discontinue the service, we will handle any required remedies in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
